I was in Hermitage at Pahalgam for 2 days. That was such a good very comfort stay with them. Food, service everything was too nice. The only thing missing was an indoor games or any activities. And the bonfire was missing because it should be complimentary to gather everyone. As their hotel category but it wasn’t included and it was chargeable. But the overall experience was too nice with them for their stay, service and food. The staff and all are very supportive and kind.
Nice upscale hotel located on the main road. The property is big and extends all the way to the river. The staff is very helpful and go the extra mile for customer service . They helped handle my child while i had dinner. The housekeeping staff also go the extra mile and promptly catered to all our extra requests even the unusual ones. I had the premium suite and the recliners were comfortable and plushy and every piece of furniture in the room was functional and purposefully placed.
